Bacalaitos Amapola
SORULLITOS AMAPOLA
  • 1 ⅓ cups of Amapola Corn meal
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese


MAYO-KETCHUP SAUCE

Mix ketchup, garlic, mayonnaise
and cilantro to taste

Sorullitos Amapola

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Bring the water and salt to a boil.. Add the cornmeal and cook for a couple of minutes.

2. Remove from heat. Add cheese and mix well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Roll the sorullitos by hand into sticks and fry in abundant hot oil until golden brown. Serve with the mayo-ketchup sauce.
